Payment and Delivery Methods

1. Payment methods:

• Credit or debit card via Stripe :

Subscription payments are charged to your debit or credit card through Stripe.
To pay for your order, enter your card details when signing up for our subscription package.
Cards supported: Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Diners

• Cash or POS at your door:

You traditionally pay with cash or card at the time of delivery of your order.

2. Delivery methods & times:

All deliveries are made with our own vehicle to ensure proper transport conditions & are completely free*!

• Orders are prepared and shipped from us within 2-7 business days from the time of your order.
• If you are a subscriber , your orders come every 2 or 4 weeks depending on the plan you have chosen.
• You are informed by email one day before the delivery, while you also receive an sms with a link stating the exact 2 hour delivery time.
