To pay for your order, enter your card details when signing up for our subscription package.

  • Cash or POS at your door:

You traditionally pay with cash or card at the time of delivery of your order.

2. Delivery methods & times:

All deliveries are made with our own vehicle in order to ensure the correct transport conditions.

  • Orders are prepared and shipped from us usually within 3-5 business days from the time of your order. Delivery time varies depending on the volume of orders . Always check the confirmation email we send for the delivery time.
  • If you are a subscriber, your orders arrive every 2 or 4 weeks, depending on the plan you have chosen, within 2-3 business days.
  • You are notified by email one day before delivery, while you also receive an SMS from an "optimo route" sender with a link that indicates the exact 2-hour delivery time.
