Every day we source the finest human-grade fresh ingredients. We never use preservatives, colorings or ingredients that we would not consume ourselves.
Cooked with care
All ingredients are cooked at low temperatures using the Sous Vide method (cooking in a vacuum), so as to preserve all the necessary nutrients while neutralizing any bacteria and pathogens.
Fresh to their plate
They are then flash-frozen at a low temperature in accordance with the HACCP food safety plan, so that the meals remain fresh until the day of delivery.
