You fill out the online form with your pet's details and your own and complete the online payment.
Your contract will be activated within 5 business days. Immediately after, you are ready to enjoy the benefits of our Partner Network for a full year.
Before each use of the benefits, all you have to do is call our Coordination Center at 211 106 9877, which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our team will direct you to the appropriate veterinary clinic or hospital within our Network of partners.
The first thing you do is call the Coordination Centre at 211 106 9877. In emergency cases, simply inform us upon your arrival at a Clinic in the Network, just before the medical services begin, to ensure you receive the preferential package rates.
No waiting! With Pet Hero, you enjoy preferential prices by paying the reduced amount directly at the counter of the partner clinic/veterinarian. For example, your first two (2) visits each year are completely free, while subsequent visits cost a flat rate of just €12.40.
Of course! All pets are welcome, with no age limit, and a pet health booklet is not required for participation.
Of course! In the event that laboratory tests, imaging tests, hospitalization or surgical procedures are required within the contracted network, your plan offers a 40% discount based on our special price list.
Pet Hero was designed to protect you from new, unforeseen events. Illnesses, disabilities, or injuries that existed before the program started (and you were aware of them) are not included in the special discounts.
Special Exclusions: Specialized medical treatments (e.g., chemotherapy, hormonal diseases, Cushing's disease) or injuries from special activities (e.g., hunting) are not covered by the preferential price list.
Pet Hero benefits apply exclusively to clinics and practices within our Partner Network, i.e., to cooperating veterinarians and clinics. Special prices do not apply to non-cooperating veterinarians.
Pet Hero operates exclusively in Attica & Thessaloniki.
