We simply ask that any change concerning either your scheduled delivery, the delivery address or even changes to the recipes be made up to 2 days before the scheduled delivery , through your account or by email to orders@petchef.gr or by phone at 211 199 4760.

If it is something urgent, of course you can call us and we will surely find the solution!

Subscription payments are made only by charging your debit or credit card through our secure environment.

There is no possibility of subscription by cash on delivery.

We believe this is a little difficult to happen, but if your dog or cat is not satisfied with our food, we will refund the order amount and cancel your subscription .
